Refund policy

Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products

The consumer has up to and including 14 days after the day of receipt of the product to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons. This period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer received the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the company in writing an email to info@krabzak.com.

If the consumer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must still be in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged. The consumer returns the product to the company with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the company.

If carried out correctly, the consumer will receive a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs within 14 days of receipt of the return.

The consumer can also make use of this right of withdrawal if, after opening the product, it appears that the quality is insufficient. The consumer will notify the company of these defects in writing or by e-mail no later than 14 days after receipt of the product.

The company will then contact the consumer to provide instructions on how to return.

Costs in case of withdrawal

I the consumer makes use of the right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be borne by the consumer at most.

In the event of withdrawal, the company will refund the purchase price and shipping costs to the consumer. This will take place no later than 14 days after the consumer has indicated in writing that he wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal and has returned the goods to the company intact and in original packaging.

If the consumer has paid shipping costs for the return shipment, these will only be reimbursed by the company if one or more products from the order are damaged, delivered incorrectly or in any other way. If the consumer returns the products for any other reason, the shipping costs and all other costs for the return shipment will be borne by the consumer.
